1. Acceptance of Terms
By using rephyx.tech, you confirm that you have read these Terms and agree to comply with them. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the website.
2. Services
Rephyx.tech provides the following services:
- Website and landing page development
- Telegram and Viber bot development
- AI agent development and integration
- Digital transformation consulting
Project specifics are agreed separately in the technical brief and contract.
3. Intellectual Property
All website content (texts, images, logos, code) is the property of Rephyx.tech or is used with the permission of the rights holder. Copying, distribution or use without written permission is prohibited.
Upon full payment, the client receives rights to the development result as specified in the contract.
4. Privacy
Personal data processing is governed by our Privacy Policy.
5. Limitation of Liability
Rephyx.tech is not liable for:
- Indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
- Temporary unavailability due to maintenance or force majeure.
- Actions of third parties or platforms (Telegram, Google, etc.).
6. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. Disputes shall be resolved through negotiation, or failing that, through the competent court at Rephyx.tech's place of registration.
